About me:
Hi, my name is Allie and I LOVE to cook and bake. I have been cooking since I was very small, I have always loved to be in the kitchen with my mom and grandma, cooking, baking, whatever. Right after high school, I went to cooking school for a year and specialized in baking and pastry arts. I have worked in countless restaurants, bakeries, including a university bakery. I recently have taken a "break" from the bakery and restaurant scene, but my goal is to someday bake and sell my goods right out of my own kitchen, or cater parties. My boyfriend is a bread baker and has worked under many chefs, so we always fight over the kitchen, or fight over who gets to make dinner and dessert!

Very good! My veal steaks were so tender and juicy. A great recipe thanks.

Apple-Bacon Green Beans

Reviewed on Aug. 19, 2008 by Caroline C
Not bad but not great. I cut back on the amount of apple, and also omitted the parsley. Oh, and I used fresh green beans. The dressing was good, if a little sweet. This was nice for a change but I won't be making it again. Thanks anyway!

Hudson's Baked Tilapia with Dill Sauce

Reviewed on Aug. 19, 2008 by Caroline C
The dill sauce is absolutely delicious, and complements the fish perfectly. The recipe makes WAY too much of it though - next time, I will halve it. You need to keep an eye on the fish - my fillets were pretty thin, and were done in about 12 minutes. Thanks!
