Campbell's® Pennsylvania Dutch Ham and Noodle Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2008
I added garlic powder to this recipe, used 1/3 of an onion (because I made it for the kids) and put goldfish crackers on top. It was a big hit.

Bacon and Tomato Cups

I'm so in love with these! I usually have the ingredients on hand, and I've traded frying my own bacon to using real bacon bits from the jar! Can't get any easier then this!

Winter Lentil Vegetable Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2008
I made this in my slow cooker. Had to add a lot more spice or else it would have been pretty tasteless! Just alright the first day, but much tastier on the 2nd.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2008
These muffins are amazing. I bought Texas size muffin pans and doubled the recipe. I got 11 muffins, I might have gotten all 12 if I'd spread the dough a bit. They got nice and high, just like you would get at one of the Coffee House places. I had to adjust the temperature, I went to 375 and they still got very dark at the bottom. So next time I will bake them at 350, my oven seems hot anyway. I had Baker's secret muffin tins and I sprayed the whole things with PAM, I then floured one pan and left the other one without. The ones that were floured came out easier and did not get as dark. Overall I give 5 stars, the recipe rocks! It's a keeper and will definitely be used over and over. Thanks.

Earl Grey Martini

I think this martini is just great. I use a little less simple syrup and next time I will try the double bergamot tea leaves.

Italian Herb Bread I

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2008
I used my Kitchen Aid mixer for this recipe. Same as I have the other two I made in the last 34 hours. I used half wheat-half white in this recipe, which made it drier than your typical homemade bread. I had to add a couple more tablespoons of oil to get the bread to stick together enough to knead with the dough hook. I'm not really impressed with the way it turned out. I'd like to try it again with just white flour.

White Sloppy Joes

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2008
It appears that you will either love or hate this recipe. I knew going in that this was a questionable recipe. I love the concept of a white sloppy joe but this was aweful. It says alot when less than an hour after dinner my husband was caught eating a bowl of cereal. This really was a waste even after trying to doctor it up. It looked like canned dog food and although I've never eaten dog food, I'm wondering if it would have tasted better. If you are thinking of making this recipe, do yourself a favor and save the time. Take your pound of meat and throw it directly in the trash.

Polish Style Lasagna

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2008
This was a very tasty dish. A giant perogie! I love how creamy and smooth the cream cheese made the potatoes. Two things I might do next time is 1) double the amount of potatoes...was hard spreading it evenly with such a little amount, and 2) I love the crunchy onion topping, next time I might put that on top of each layer
