Black Bean Hummus

Reviewed on Sep. 1, 2008 by JILLYJO
I took this to a cookout last night, and no lying, it was gone in less than 10 minutes. It was gobbled up by men, women, and children! Very easy to make, I just dumped everything into my mini processor. Served with both tortilla chips, and mini carrots. Very easy to make!

Baked Chicken and Zucchini

Reviewed on Jul. 21, 2008 by JILLYJO
My family of five(2 teenage sons and a 6 y o daughter) ate this up! It was absolutely delicous and easy to prepare. I used Italian seasoned bread crumbs which may have made up for the lack of flavor some complained about. What a great way of getting vegetables into my kids with no complaints!

Bacon for the Family or a Crowd

I too, use parchment paper rather than foil. This is the easiest way to cook bacon. I have teenage boys and this is the only way they and their friends want to have bacon now.
