Chicken Flautas

This turned out good for my family. The contents ended up a little dry, I added lots of salsa, cheese and sour cream to the served dish but it may have drowned out some of the flavor of the dish. I did like the ease and the amount it made though. Very nice

Marilyn's Cheesy Clam Chowder

Loved it - made up a batch for National Clam Chowder Day (Feb 23) and it was a huge hit. Used sweet potato in place of white because it was all I had on hand. Also use extra sharp white cheddar - gave a tremendous kick to the chowder although it didn't look as nice, it separated too much but that was my own fault.

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

What can I say? This was a great recipe. It wasn't oily like the restaurant crust, which is a good thing for little kids. I was very impressed.
