North Carolina-Style Pulled Pork

This recipe is great! I was not able to smoke the meat on the grill so I made it in the crock pot. I added all the ingredients and cook it on low for 8-9 hours. It turned out moist, tender, and juicy! Oh and I used a pork butt. I made it twice already! Great recipe!

Simple BBQ Ribs

The ribs turned out really good! They were moist and tender. I will definitely stick to this recipe for when I make ribs.

Elvis Cookies

These were pretty good cookies, though the recipe said makes 28, they muct be really big cookies. I was happy with the size i made and got about 6 dz. from the recipe without doubling it.
