Easy Sausage Strata

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2008
This recipe was so easy to make and turned out great! We have frequent brunches and this will become a staple at those get togethers. I added raw baby spinach and mixed it in with the bread cubes. Very flavorful

Caramel Apple Pork Chops

I loved it but my fiance didnt like it too much, only because hes not a sweet meat kind of guy. When he eats meat he prefers salty/garlicy tastes not sweet. But he still said it was good just not for him.

Honey Nut Granola

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2008
I love this recipe. I did exactly how the recipe went. Its got a perfect little crunch. The only thing i did different was cut it in half so it made less which was still a great amount! and i added raisins. I think next time i might add a little brown sugar to give it a little more sweetness!

Apple Yogurt Muffins

Instead of the raisins i put 1/3 cup chopped pecans. They tasted great. I think next time im going to add another 1/4 cup of vanilla yogurt, to add a little more mouisture to them! Great recipe!

What a great way to use up all of the summer squash from my garden. I have been searching for something different to do with my summer squash, and this hit the spot.

Stuffed Green Peppers II

This was a great recipe! I let the peppers bake an extra 20 minutes. Also at the last 5-10 minutes i added mozarella cheese to the top of each pepper! Wonderful!

They didnt really come out how i hoped. I did like the taste but next time i need to add a little more butter and make sure the crackers are really mashed up.

This was a great recipe! Quick and easy. I mixed everything by hand. My family loved the final product. I did half the batch without walnuts, then i added 1/2 chopped walnuts to the other half of the batch! Perfect!

Easy Turkey Curry

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2008
Really, really good and easy to make. Took some other reviewers advice and added peas, made with chicken instead of turkey. Not very spicy, will add more curry next time, but it was still excellent.

Buzzsaw's BBQ Sauce

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2008
Excellent BBQ sauce and easy to make. I used this to grill bone in chicken breasts. Instead of molasses, I used honey and brown sugar. I doubled the amount to reduce the vinegar (used cider vinegar. Sauteed the onions and garlic in olive oil. One secret ingredient: Penzey's BBQ 3000.

Crab Cakes III

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2008
First time ever making these, was much, much easier than I expected. Did not have Old Bay seasoning so I had to substitute. Even without, these were really, really good! Did not make the sauce, used sour cream and mayo with dill instead.
