Incredibly Easy Chicken and Noodles

Reviewed on Dec. 23, 2008 by TrishDish
I made this last night for my family, and we all loved it. I couldn't find the frozen egg noodles at any of the stores around me, so I just used dried. It was still yummy, so comforting and easy. Thanks for a great easy recipe!

Wake-Up Casserole

Reviewed on Nov. 18, 2008 by TrishDish
I made this tonight as written, except I only added 2 cups of cheese, and it was marvelous! I put half the cheese on top of the ham and hashbrowns, and the other half on the very top, on top of the eggs. We all loved it, thanks for an awesome recipe!

Chicken Puffs

Reviewed on Oct. 29, 2008 by TrishDish
These were really good, though admittedly, I tweaked them slightly. I baked the chicken ahead of time with some fresh mushrooms, then chopped into small pieces. I added the cream cheese, maybe 2 tablespoons of Smart Balance, the garlic, some chopped pimentos, a little pepper and seasoned salt. I also baked them at 375 for about 25 minutes, and they were PERFECT!! We all loved them, thanks for a great recipe!
