Lena's Potato Salad

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2009
This is my absolute favorite potato salad recipe, in fact, it's the only potato salad I will actually it. It's very simple, tasty, and most important, doesn't taste like just potatoes and mayonnaise.

Some of the BEST gingerbread cookies we've ever tasted! Spicy and sweet, they really didn't even need icing.

Caramel Apple Pork Chops

Really flavorful! Turns a bland pork chop into a great dish. Will try marinating the pork the next time we try it for added flavor.

Good, and quick to make. They tasted like they could have used something else, but I can't place my finger on it.

Coconut Shrimp I

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2008
Fantastic! Quick and easy to make, and way better than anything you can get at a restaurant. I did end up using more coconut than called for. MUCH more. I also made a dip with orange marmalade, horse radish, and dijon mustard. Awesome stuff.

FANTASTIC soup, 'specially for those colder nights. Very hearty and a great soup to dunk breads in. Freezes and reheats really well too.

This recipe was great!!!! So light and healthy, and incredibly easy to make. My father caught some striped bass, so I made it with the freshly caught fish. Even my nephews liked it!!!! They both took seconds!!!

Not only was this easy to make it was sooooooo good. I could eat the whole thing myself. As the other reviewers said 4 big apples are enough for the 8 inch pan. This is a keeper.
