About me:
I,m 40 and have been cooking since I was 10 1/2.I started out with simple things at first,an gradule made it to more diffcult things.I loved watching the galloping gormay.I tryed to watch as many differant shows and learnd alot from my grandmother also. But some times just the old trial and error stuff. Most people tell me I should go to cooking school. But I couldn't deal with that much pressure to do that kind of job. Most places make little plates of food and I would put to much on the plate and get fired LOL.I have been told I make the best french fries.I will leave my recipe for the in the site.

FOLLOWED RECIPE EXACTLY & SHOULD HAVE DONE WHAT OTHERS SUGGESTED AND REVERSED AMOUNTS OF TOMATOE SAUCE & CHICKEN STOCK. TASTED LIKE EXTRA SALTY TOMATOE JUICE.

Lentil and Sausage Soup

THIS SOUP IS GREAT BUT NEXT TIME I WILL NOT ADD ANY SALT. CHICKEN BROTH IS SALTY ENOUGH. ALSO, ADDED 1 EXTRA TEASPOON OF GARLIC POWDER AND USED HOT ITALIAN SAUSAGE INSTEAD OF SWEET. GOES GREAT WITH A BIG HUNK OF CRUSTY ITALIAN BREAD.
