Chipotle Crusted Pork Tenderloin

Just ok. It was very juicy. My 3 year old wanted to seasoning cut off but my 1 year old loved it! I used regular chilipowder and only 1/2 as much based on other reviews.

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Reviewed on Nov. 4, 2008 by heidird
my husband is never happy with the dried out texture of crock pot chicken so I decided to try boneless skinless thighs instead of breasts and he said it was the BEST crockpot meal he'd ever had. I also cut the cream cheese and italian dressing mix in half and added 1/4 cup milk with the soup. Yummy and easy

Cube Steak Parmesan

Reviewed on Oct. 29, 2008 by heidird
Husband liked better than me--he said it was a definte keeper! But I did think it was good. May try italian breadcrumbs instead of saltines next time. Needed more saltines. Like sauce flavor, if want enough to serve over noodles, double it.
