Teriyaki Chicken

Good recipe but a lot of sodium. I used low sodium soy sauce and added a little less than the recipe asked for. I also used brown sugar and some lemon juice as suggested. Served with brown rice and steamed vegetables.

Chicken Tortilla Soup V

I used more chicken, added about a cup an a half of ditalini (sp?), and salt and white pepper to taste! So good! Will def. make again! Thanks!

Gourmet Sweet Potato Classic

This was the best Sweet Potato dish I have ever had. I made this dish the day before Thanksgiving and baked for 35 minutes just before serving dinner. I peeled and boiled the sweet potatoes, I think this is faster and easier than baking them. I used less sugar on the potato mixture, less butter and no heavy cream at all. It turned out delicious. I will make it again for Christmas. Thanks Heather!
