I am happily married and have 3 great kids. I am a Hospice nurse and I love to volunteer at animal shelters and homeless shelters. I enjoy cooking VERY much!! I also love to read, beach, collect Angels, Art, and Music. My husband is a chef and when we were married I didn't hardly cook but he taught me how and now I love it! My husband used to be a chef at Disney's Epcot too! I like to make recipes and take them to my kids schools and the students LOVE my food and want me to cook their lunches every day!!

Scottish Shortbread II

Reviewed on Jan. 6, 2009 by baskerville_gal
This was so simple and delicious. I used margarine instead of butter, and it worked wonderfully. The flavor and texture are great - it's light and a little crisp. I let the shortbread cool before cutting, and that kept it from being crumbly. I also sprinkled the shortbread with sugar while it was cooling to add a little sparkle and sweetness. Great recipe!

Chocolate Coated Peanut Butter Crackers

Reviewed on Dec. 29, 2008 by baskerville_gal
Yummy! I made these with saltine crackers and crunchy peanut butter. It helps to use tongs when you dip the crackers in the chocolate.
