Beefy Corn Bread Casserole

I liked it. I did add some taco seasoning and a drained can of hot Rotel tomatoes (left out the chopped japs) to the meat as it was browning. I think next time I will put more cheese on top of the meat and less on the top.

Chicken a la Camille

This is a really good and easy recipe. A nice, flavorful spin on baked chicken. I like it because it's one of those recipes you can just whip up any ole night without thinking.

Ham Broccoli Braid

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Made this yesterday, used a water bath. After baking was done I left it in the oven for 2 hours, No Cracks at all. This was the first Cheesecake that I have baked.

Hearty Split Pea Soup

This recipe hit the mark with heartines. It was a little thick even with the hints about adding more liquid. Next time I will add 7 cups of broth and water mix. And I did add the rosemary which gave it a special aroma and flavor. Definitely a new favorite!

Corn Casserole III

I followed a few suggestions and added two eggs and 1/2 can of sweetened condensed milk and it was PERFECT!! This was a big hit at our Christmas dinner! This will find it's way into my keeper recipe box. Thanks for a great side dish!!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Sweet Dinner Rolls

Simply the best dinner rolls out there, very easy recipe. My only problem is that I buttered the top twice and it still look 'undercook'. Can anyone offer tips on how to make the crust look golden?

Flank Steak Pinwheels

This was yummy. It had a lot of flavor, however, my meat turned out very dry, prehaps you should cover the flanks with foil during baking.
