Monkey Bread I

Reviewed on Dec. 29, 2008 by WYATTDOGSTER
Mmmm, good and goey! I used splenda with cinnamon for the dusting part and baked in a bundt pan. The only problem I had was the biscuits in the center bottom never fully cooked so we just plucked those off and threw them out. The first time I checked for doneness, I could tell that some sections were undercooked (not my oven..it is used extensively for baking) so I popped it back in, then th top was overbrowning but the inside was still underdone. I think I would use just two cans of biscuits next time, it makes a huge amount of Monkey Bread anyway.

Cranberry Salad III

Reviewed on Dec. 29, 2008 by WYATTDOGSTER
Good stuff! Easy to throw together and very pretty. I used cranberry jello and it was SO good! I think if I make it again, I will cut back on the mayo...even with only 1 TBSP, you could definately taste it! Be sure to leave enough time for the bottom layer to firm up, it took hours for some reason! Ended up putting it in the freezer for a half hour so I could get that second layer on.
