Easy Bacon and Cheese Quiche

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2008
This hit the spot! My very first quiche ever turned out to be awesome! I used red onion instead of yellow and this turned out to be fabulous! Definitely put foil around the edges of the crust while baking. The crust was amazing!! I also used a shredded jack/cheddar combo for the cheese.

Raspberry Almond Coffeecake

I doubled the recipe and made it in a bundt pan. Used a frozen triple berry mixture and no almonds. Fabulous!!

Summer Chicken Burgers

Great recipe! We altered it a little and replaced the mayo with a fat free ranch dressing and bbq sauce mixture. We also added turkey bacon. Tasty!

Four Cheese Ravioli with Artichoke Hearts, Olives and Pesto

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2008
This recipe was very easy and quick to make. I used the Buioni vodka sauce instead, and it turned out great! The artichokes add a really dynamic flavor and texture.

I just made these gingersnap gookies for the first time and they turned out perfectly! What a great recipe. Very moist, cute little gingersnaps!

Slow-Cooked Corn Chowder

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2008
If you rate this on ease and taste, it's definitely a 5. That being said, I took the liberty of making some changes that I feel helped the rating (if I had not done these things, I'm not sure I would have given it a 5): I used small baby red potatoes chopped up instead of hashbrowns, substituted ground turkey sausage instead of ham, and added lots of chopped carrots and celery. Oh my goodness, it was so tasty I have just finished my 3rd bowl today. :) Thanks for this recipe!

Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2008
Great Recipe, but I used it as a template and changed it a bit to make it healthier. I used Applesauce instead of melted butter and Agave Nectar instead of sugar. I used 1/2 cup agave to replace the 3/4 cup sugar. I added some cinnamon and a little nutmeg for extra flavor. They turned out wonderful and made 12 big beautiful muffins.
