Berry Good Smoothie

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 16 cubes ice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup mixed berry fruit juice
  • 1/2 cup frozen red raspberries
  • 2 1/4 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend 16 ice cubes in a blender until crushed. Pour in water and juice. Blend. Pour in frozen berries. Blend until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses.

Lots of seeds in this one. Was very bitter so added 2/3 cup of sugar which improved it a lot.... MORE
