EXCELLENT recipe. I followed the recipe almost exactly except I doubled the marinade, like a lot of reviewers suggested. I separated the veggies and chicken on a few of the skewers, then alternated chicken, bell pepper, onion on the rest. Both combinations cooked very evenly, and this meal was amazing over fresh white rice.
The next time I do it I will try adding a little more honey to thicken the sauce (esp for basting while grilling) as it is very thin when following the recipe. I also want to try using boneless skinless chicken thighs instead of breasts and see how much more tender that will be.
